About the event
Our choirs are 'community choirs' and we never forget that the word 'community' is also the most important. We practice and perform our music to the best of our abilities, but always make sure that we're having fun and enjoying one another’s company more than anything else. Singing is a great way to join a community and make friends, it’s also been scientifically proven to improve your health and well-being.
While many of our members have dabbled in music all their lives in some capacity, others have embraced singing for the first time by joining one of our choirs. Reading music is not a requirement as music can be learned by ear. The choir is open to all adults of all experiences and are non-auditioned.
We currently have over 1100 keen singers across our choirs and our numbers continue to grow. The weekly sing has become the high point of the week for…
